jajee Terms and Conditions
Please read these rules carefully before using the jajee platform — the rights and responsibilities of all members are clearly described here.
General Introduction
jajee (www.jajee.cam) is an online betting and gaming platform operated for members in Bangladesh who enjoy sports and entertainment. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between jajee and registered members of the platform ("Users").
When you create an account on jajee, log in to the platform or use any service, it is assumed that you have fully read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
jajee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
Chapter 1: Eligibility and Registration
1 Age and Eligibility Requirements
To become a member of the jajee platform and use its services, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be 21 years of age or older. Creating or using an account by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.
- You may not use the platform from any country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited.
- Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, they will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete.
2 Account Registration Process
To register an account you must provide a valid mobile number, email address and required personal information. jajee may request additional documents at any time as part of identity verification (KYC).
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing account information with third parties is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to the jajee support team immediately.
Chapter 2: Deposits and Withdrawals
3 Deposit Policy
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into jajee: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
- jajee does not impose any processing fee on deposits; however, charges from the payment provider may apply.
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
- jajee reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and temporarily place them on hold if necessary.
4 Withdrawal Policy
Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise indicated.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until bonus-related wagering requirements are met.
- If suspicious activity is detected, jajee may suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
Chapter 3: Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5 Welcome Bonus
jajee offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:
- A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to activate the bonus.
- To withdraw the bonus amount, a combined wagering requirement of 25 times the total of the bonus and deposit amount must be met.
- Certain games may contribute at different rates toward meeting the wagering requirement.
- The welcome bonus may be claimed only once per person.
- The time limit for using the bonus is determined from the date the bonus is activated.
6 VIP Cashback and Rewards
jajee's VIP program has four tiers and each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Progression to a VIP tier is determined based on a member's overall activity and loyalty. Cashback is generally credited to the account on a weekly basis and specific usage conditions may apply.
jajee reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel promotional offers at any time. If bonus abuse is suspected, jajee may cancel the bonus and suspend the account without prior notice.
Chapter 4: Game and Betting Rules
7 General Gaming Policy
Various types of games are available on the jajee platform — slots, fishing, casino, sports betting and more. Each game is operated according to its own rules.
- All games are operated under fair play principles and random number generator (RNG) technology is used.
- If a technical error causes the outcome of a game to become uncertain, jajee reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the wagered amount.
- Winnings obtained by taking advantage of any software error, bug or incorrect display will not be considered valid.
- In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or abandoned, the wagered amount will be refunded.
- The odds and lines set by jajee will be considered final.
8 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on jajee and may result in permanent account closure:
- Bonus fraud: using multiple accounts or mutual betting for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
- Software hacking, use of bots or playing games through automated methods.
- Use of the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Harassing other members, providing false information or engaging in fraudulent behavior.
- Any attempt to interfere with the security systems of the platform.
Chapter 5: Account Management and Security
9 Account Verification and Security
jajee is a secure platform protected by SSL encryption technology. Still, keep the following points in mind to ensure your account's security:
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- Do not share your account login details with anyone.
- Submit the required documents for identity verification (national ID card, passport, etc.) correctly.
- Withdrawal privileges may be limited until verification is complete.
10 Account Suspension and Closure
jajee may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Suspicious financial transactions.
- In accordance with instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.
- Self-exclusion at the member's own request.
If an account is closed, the return of any valid balance will be determined after investigation. In cases of unlawful activity, the balance may be forfeited.

- Game interruptions caused by internet disconnection or server errors.
- Delays or errors in the services of third-party payment providers.
- Issues with the user's own device or software.
- Indirect or incidental damages.
In any circumstance, jajee's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of that specific transaction.

15 Dispute Resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute will be settled in accordance with applicable law. The laws of the jurisdiction of the authority operating the platform will apply to these Terms and any disputes that arise.
Chapter 8: Miscellaneous Provisions
16 Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between jajee and the user and replace all previous oral or written understandings. If any part of the Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
A delay or waiver in exercising any right by jajee will not be considered an abandonment of that right.
17 Changes to the Terms
jajee reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
